WebJan 15, 2024 · I did Couch to 5K and it worked really well for me. It was great. I also doing it while getting used to minimalist shoes and living in a VERY hilly area. If you live somewhere flat and use a more traditional running shoe, you should have an easier time. My second child just turned 1 and I'm thinking of getting back into Couch to 5k myself.
