WebConversion therapy is a new treatment that has emerged in recent years, providing patients with the opportunity to undergo radical surgical resection. In a phase II clinical trial, 49 patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer received FOLFIRINOX combined with Losartan as a chemotherapy regimen before conversion surgery [ 20 ]. WebOf the 67 tumors were initially diagnosed as unresectable, 12 became resectable after chemotherapy (conversion group), leaving 55 tumors that remained unresectable after chemotherapy (unresected group). Results: The median follow-up was 25.2 months. Hepatic resection was more invasive in the conversion group than in the resected group.
